We offer a 18 months warranty on every watch purchased through our site. The warranty applies to the mechanism(movement) only. This does NOT cover any issues that arise from mishandling, water, wear and tear, scratches, etc. The warranty is valid on the moveable parts internally only and will be determined by our certified watch maker.

Yes, we ship internationally via DHL to approved DHL locations. Please see our Shipping Policy or DHL website to determine if your country is included in the list of approved countries.

Payment is through wire only. Once you checkout from our site, we will send you an email with our wire info once payment is sent and processed we will then proceed to ship the watch within 1 working day

We will allow returns if you notify us within 48 hours after the receival of the watch.

If the item is in the exact condition as when it was shipped (must be unworn, if stickers were intact they must still be in the original locations and never removed, etc) and refunds will not be given until the watch is received back and carefully inspected.

The cost of the return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer which will be withheld from the refund amount. All watches will be thoroughly inspected upon receival to make the determination if the item is eligible for a refund. If we feel the item has been worn, the item may be subject to a partial refund, with the expenses of turning the item back to the original condition, on the buyer.
